We use Australia Post to send our items.
Within Australia we offer a flat rate of $15* for all orders.
Some larger items (such as furniture, pots, cocktail mixers, hampers and artwork) are excluded from AusPost. If this applies to a particular item it will be clearly listed in the description. Shipping for these items will be charged at a flat rate of $25.
Express Delivery: There is a flat rate of $20 for all Express Orders within Australia. Note this excludes those larger items as identified above.
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on postage service used. All parcels are dispatched from East Geelong, VIC 3219.
All parcels are 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' meaning Australia Post will leave it in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer. If you would prefer your parcel not be left unattended please consider using a different postal address or a parcel locker. We are not liable for any parcels left unattended.
Minkind is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally. All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD). Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, and charges are calculated by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, along with the delivery location. Exact delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before check out. Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, for our local Geelong customers we are still offering FREE Click and Collect, now from our home-base in East Geelong.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders made on weekends and Australian public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. To ensure timely processing, once your order has been placed and paid for, changes are not permitted (this includes any changes to styles, colours, sizes, quantities and delivery details).
Occasionally, items may be listed for preorder. All preorder items are clearly labelled and include their approx delivery date. If your order contains any preorder items, please note that the entire order will be held and shipped once the final piece has arrived in store. If you would like your in stock items prior to the preorder items, please process your orders separately.

Your order may ship in multiple packages, but you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The fee you were quoted during checkout covers all items being delivered.

We understand online shopping can be tricky, should you feel the item ordered is not right we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or offer a full refund as per our RETURNS POLICY. Please view the policy for full terms and conditions.

Online orders can be returned in person at our retail store or via post. Please request an RMA number by emailing hello@minkindstore.com prior to posting your return. An RMA is a Returned Merchandise Authorisation number. Once we have received your request and it has been approved, you will receive a response (via email) with specific return instructions.
If you have a discount code or store credit voucher, you can enter it in the coupon code section of the shopping cart and click “Apply Coupon Code”. This will apply the discount to the order in real time.
If you have a gift voucher, you can redeem this against your order during Step 3 of the checkout process. You will need to know both your voucher code and secret code. Once entered click “Redeem Voucher”. This will apply the voucher amount to the order in real time.
