Bramble & Hedge was started in a small kitchen apartment in Melbourne in the Spring of 2009, after returning from Beirut in Lebanon. Where their founder worked as a private chef, she was inspired by a visit to their Al-Hamidiyah souk in Damascus, Syria where she witnessed the ancient art of confectionery making. Bramble & Hedge use exceptional ingredients - a celebration of some of the world’s finest artisans- to handcraft delicious ‘works of art’ here in Melbourne. Enjoy! Hayley Crompton- Owner
